Grade 12 with Maths and Accounting

Administration of transport invoices, reconciliations. Checking and maintaining control over the accuracy of transport invoices. Administration of temporary employee’s contracts and time sheets. Administration of all overtime for permanent and temporary employees. Reception duties and handling of all switchboard calls. Handling of all courier functions. Organizing all work functions and courses. Checking and maintaining control over the accuracy of diesel usage of transporters and production. SHEQ administration including maintaining monthly inspection schedules and meetings with follow up actions HR Administration and assistance.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel is a must). Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong administration skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail. Effective time management skills with the ability to multitask and follow through on duties. Ability to work effectively under pressure Responsibility and accountability.
