Our work culture is adapted to the constantly-evolving South African health care environment and will suit solution-driven team players interested in opportunities for career development while working to connect people with care Purpose of the position: The provide transportation services for teams and/or equipment to the various locations and areas where the Organisation provides services; to assist with the mobilization of the Wellness programme.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12

• Minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Valid driver’s license with PDP Code 10 EB or C1

• Able to communicate in English and isiXhosa is an advantage

• Criminal Clear

Duties and Responsibilities

• Transport Wellness teams and equipment to and from different locations

• Works as part of a multi-disciplinary teams

• Conducts daily vehicle inspections and reports defects to Line Manager

• Adheres to all safety precautions and road ordinances

• Supports community outreach activities

• Complies with relevant legislation and organization policies and procedures

• Carries out and/or ensures all maintenance is carried out on all vehicles

• Mobilizes clients for teams and acts as a Marshall to ensure order during community outreach activities

• Complies with the Standard Operating Procedures for Vehicles
