Logistical Office Support Services
R 145 281.00 per annum (plus benefits).
Grade 10 certificate. A minimum of 7-12 months experience as a driver. A valid driver’s license plus public driving permit. COMPETENCIES: Knowledge of GPG and DID policies and procedures, Legislations and Public Service Regulations. SKILLS- Communication, report writing, analytical and research skills. A person must be self-driven, innovative and a team player.
Drive light and medium motor vehicles to transport passengers and deliver other items (mails and documents). Do routine maintenance on the allocated vehicle and report defects timely. Complete all the required and prescribed records and logs books with regard to the vehicle and goods handled. Collect and deliver documentation and related items in the Department. Copy and fax documents. Assist in the Registry. Render a messenger service in the relevant office.
