Minimum Experience:
•  2 years’ experience as an Accounting Clerk
Key Outputs:
Reporting to the Debtors Supervisor the appointee will:
•  Maintain Customer Database for accuracy and completeness (Trade, Sundry and Employee):
•  Capture Meter Readings timeously and accurately to ensure completeness of Amatola Water Revenue
•  Print Debtors Reports to ensure accurate inputting of meter readings and invoicing:
•  Maintain Sundry/ Employee Debtors ensuring that all sundry income is recorded timeously and accurately:
•  Process receipting of payments from customers and maintain debtor accounts:
•  Assist in preparation of General Ledger reconciliations, prepare statutory reports and preparation for year-end audit
Other requirements needed:
•  Computer literate
•  Good interpersonal skills
•  Ability to liaise with customers
•  Attention to detail
•  Ethical and person with integrity
