FINANCE CLERK

 

Requirements

Grade 12 or equivalent with accounting. 0-2 years’ experience in finance. Knowledge and understanding of PFMA and Treasury Regulations. Knowledge of BAS, SAP. PPF, Computer literacy (MS word, Excel and outlook)

 

Duties

Update payments register and follow up on outstanding payments. Capturing of journals and capturing of allocations on web cycle. Capture journals, Compile monthly reports and reconciliations Monitoring petty cash in the cashier’s office. Bank state funds Receive and monitor cash in the cashier’s office and all financial related duties
