Location: Sandton, Gauteng
The overall purpose of this position is to ensure that all site specific security requirements are adhered to and that the Client’s needs are efficiently and professionally met at all times.
- Grade 12
- Must Reside in Fourways / Diepsloot / Honeydew / Cosmo City
- Computer Literacy in MS Office, CCTV, etc
- Must be able to work under pressure and for extended hours as and when required
- Strong ability to work shifts
- Work independently and within a team.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Security Industry Control room or Call Centre
- No criminal record or any Pending Cases
- Must be reliable and trustworthy
- Call Centre or Control Room Experience
- Receiving complaints and informing management accordingly
- Able to exercise and maintain discipline.
- Grade A
- Fluent in English
- Telephone Ethics and Communicstion
- Experience in Excuquard and Listener
- Compiling Reports
- CCTV Experience
- Administration skills
- Organizational skills

- Managing of the control room personnel in all aspects of the control room
