Support learning and development activities including programme management, coordination, implementation and communication Manage the Groups core capability and leadership programmes (from concept to implementation) Support the Groups learning and development transformation agenda including learnership programmes Support all related employee and organisational development initiatives and activities including employee wellness and development catalogues Measure and improve on progress of programmes against goals and objectives Review and assess the effectiveness of learning and development programmes including ROI, internal audits, operational controls and risk Manage relationships with internal stakeholders (employees, line managers, executives) and external training partners

Primary Objectives of the Position
Manage and execute an end-to-end learning and development function incl programmes, processes, systems and training. Reports on organisational learning and functional development. Normally reports to Functional Manager.
