A grade 12 certificate plus National Diploma or Degree in Financial/ Management Accounting. 2-3 experience in Government Budgeting. Basic knowledge of financial functions, practices as well as the ability to capture data, operate computer and collate financial statistics. Basic knowledge and insight of the Public Service financial legislations, procedures and Treasury regulations (PFMA, DORA). Knowledge of basic financial operating systems (SAP, BAS, etc)



Render a budget support service , Collect information from budget holders Monitor expenditure against budget ,Identify variances ,Capture, allocate virements on budgets ,Distribute documents with regard to the budget .File all documents, Departmental Funds Requisition ,Cash analysis .Compile BAS/PERSAL Reconciliation .Assist with IYM and Capturing Budget . Assist with capturing of journals to clear misallocations
