Job Description

RCL Foods is looking for an experienced Packaging Ingredients Stores Administrator to provide accurate and efficient administrative support to the Packaging and Ingredients stores, and specifically to the Stores Supervisor.

Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure receipts and goods issue of materials are compliant and completed in a timely manner. Generate Goods Returns Vouchers and Purchase Orders Facilitate the resolution of blocked stock with Stores Supervisor and MRP planner. Communicate all delivery/collection problems to the Stores Supervisor. Assist with quarterly stock counts. Establish and maintain appropriate filing and record keeping systems Prepare KPI reports as required by Stores Supervisor or Planning Management Generate and capture cycle count sheets. Assist the Stores Supervisor and/ or MRP Planner/ MRP Co-coordinator to ensure sufficient stock covers at time of new innovation launches as well as assist in bleed-out of stock. Safeguard the stock in the stores at all times against loss and damage. Conduct housekeeping in accordance with standard operating procedures. Take ownership and accountability for tasks and activities and demonstrate effective self-management in terms of planning and prioritizing, and self-development. Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 or Equivalent

Minimum of 2-years’ experience in a similar environment

Stock control principles and tools

System Skills ( SAP/ Syspro)

Spreadsheet Skills

Numeric Skills equivalent

Well-developed reading, listening and communication skills
