Call Centre Agent: Salary R181 316.00 p.a

Requirements
– Grade 12
– Minimum of 3 years Call Centre/dispatch experience
– Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
– Customer Service Orientation. Special Conditions:
– Fluent in at least two of the official Languages of the Western Cape, of which Afrikaans is highly advantageous
– Good communication skills
– Have good interpersonal and public relations skills
– Work shifts within 24-hour environment
– Ability to work in a stressful environment and operate efficiently under pressure
– Well disciplined, reliable, tactful, methodical, intelligent and mature.

 

Key Performance Areas
– Receive complaints, faults and queries via Telephone, SMS, Emails and Fax
– Follow up on all outstanding faults with the relevant depots
– Assist customers with account queries, credit and prepaid, using: SAP (via Customer Interaction Centre – CIC0)
– Handling and processing faults and queries pertaining to the electricity prepayment vending system
– Receive incoming calls regarding Electricity’s motor vehicle fleet complaints
– Capturing and dispatching faults reports via: C3 Notifications (including GEO Coding with GIS Data)
– Obtain customer details and create C3 Notifications on SAP system with GEO Coding information
– Emergency services calls(i.e. vandalism, disconnections, exposed wires, fires, etc.) needs to be dispatched immediately to first line depot foreman and incumbent needs to verify if notification has been released and acknowledged
– Assisting customers with technical issues regarding prepayment meters, including key changes and cases where meters reject prepaid tokens
– Informing customers of procedures for installation and registration of new meters.
