Bell Employment Is Hiring: Parts Counter Supervisor
DUTIES:
- Assist with on the job supervision of the parts sales team
- Attend parts technical training for roll out and empowering of the parts sales team
- Assist with the overseeing of admin controls and enforce policy and procedure
- Assist walk in customers experiencing parts related challenges at the sale counters
- Assist with the time keeping and management of staff
- Assist salesman with the expediting of overdue and breakdown parts
- Run daily reports in support of salesman to increase revenue
- Stand in for Snr Supervisor as and when required
- Assist with the approval and verification and sign off against customer returns / credits
- Assist with the maintenance of parts systems, processes and accuracies
- Have a critical impact on customer service excellence and enhance the customer’s perception of Bell Equipment
- Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to by yourself and the parts team
- Assist with the management of customer Quotations & Back orders to minimise losses & promote timeous deliveries
- Drive sales to meet targets and budgets
- Assist with reviewing and signing off daily banking
- Be available for 24/7 standby and support and related responsibilities
- Adhere to “all” company SHEQ and OHS requirements
- Report to Snr supervisor within related responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS:

- Abet level 4
- Any supervisory experience in a sales environment would be an added advantage
- Applicants must have strong communication and negotiation skills
- Must be motivated & resourceful
- Must be able to work in a Team, alone and under pressure
- Must be willing to take instructions and be supportive of management at any given time
- Must be computer literate, Microsoft, Lotus Notes.
- Earthmoving product knowledge essential. Knowledge of Bell related would be an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP navigation is essential
- Valid driver’s license.
