Salary: R 180 793.00 per annum (total cost to company)

 A grade 12 certificate plus computer training including MS Office/certificate in data
 A 3 year Qualification in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage
with relevant experience in HR field;
 Basic practical experience in data capturing with acceptable speed and accuracy;
 Good administrative skills; Good Planning; organising skills; Good interpersonal
and communication skills;
 Ability to work with limited supervision; Willingness to work extended hours; ability
to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
 Handling reception of incoming applications for the advertised posts;
 Acknowledge receipt of all couriered applications; Stamp; sort; Capture; screen
and number all applications according to annexure;
 Prepare memo for captured applications;
 Submit captured applications to line managers.


 Ensure safe keeping of applications. scanning of documents; database
management, update and maintenance of filing systems;
 Make logistical arrangements; perform and coordinate other human resources
management related projects in the division as and when required.
