Job Description To provide assistance with the upkeep of the general ledger and to assist the fixed assets controller, as well as responsibility for daily cash administration. Management and control of capital and operating costs and all immoveable and moveable assets within the scope of responsibility
Minimum Requirements ? Matric Studying towards an accounting based tertiary qualification would be preferable
? Minimum 1 year experience in an accounting or administrative field preferably using SAP R/3 module
Duties & Responsibilities ? Invoice Queries -Review POD and invoices and ascertain if there is credit
? Accurately pass credit
? Check scanning for invoices
? Uplift Queries
? Check VA05 for credit
? Filling
? Stock count
? Housekeeping
? Multi-tasking
